35th Alachua Main Street Harvest Festival

The ABL‘s mission is to promote local business growth by drawing thousands of visitors to downtown Alachua. Our Festival is held every year, in November, drawing over 8,000 visitors and 250 vendors. We are asking for your help by sponsoring a part of the festival. We have several levels of partnership as described below.
A Platinum Sponsor is a business or group that donates a minimum of $1,001 – $2,500 in cash or in-kind, to support an ABL Festival. In recognition of this donation, you will receive (if paid in sufficient time for inclusion).
- Logo on all print media if sponsored by media deadline: We usually advertise in Our Town Magazine, The Observer and the Alachua County Today
- Logo on all posters and flyers displayed throughout Alachua County and surrounding areas.
- Name mentioned at both the North & South stages multiple times during the festival.
- Name listed on 2 websites and all associated social media.
- Logo on the map provided at registration.
- Logo on “Special Thanks” boards displayed throughout the festival.
- Prime booth space at the festival valued up to $150.00.
A Gold Sponsor is a business or group that donates a minimum of $501 – $1,000.00, in cash or
in-kind, to support an ABL Festival. In recognition, you will receive (if paid in sufficient time for inclusion).
- Logo on all posters displayed throughout Alachua County and surrounding areas.
- Name mentioned at both the North & South stages multiple times during the festival.
- Name listed on 2 websites and all associated social media.
- Your logo on the map provided at registration.
- Your logo on “Special Thanks” boards displayed throughout the festival.
- One booth space at the festival valued up to $75.00.
A Silver Sponsor is a business or group that donates between $251.00 & $500.00, whether in
cash or in-kind, to support an ABL Festival. In recognition, you will receive (if paid in sufficient time for inclusion).
- Name mentioned at both the North & South stages multiple times during the festival.
- Name listed on 2 websites and all associated social media.
- Your logo on the map provided at registration.
- Your logo on “Special Thanks” boards displayed throughout the festival.
- One booth space at the festival valued up to $75.00.
A Bronze Sponsor is a business or group that donates up to $250.00, whether in cash or in- kind, to support an ABL Festival. In recognition, you will receive (if paid in sufficient time for inclusion).
- Name mentioned at both the North & South stages multiple times during the festival.
- Your name listed on the AlachuaBusiness.com and the VisitAlachua.org websites.
- Listing on “Special Thanks” boards displayed throughout the festival.
A Band Sponsor is a business or group that makes a cash donation of $250.00 to support the music provided at the festival. In recognition, you will receive (if paid in sufficient time for inclusion).
- Your name mentioned at both the North & South stages multiple times during the festival.
- Your name on a banner displayed on the stage.
- Your name listed on 2 websites and all associated social media.
- Listing on “Special Thanks” board displayed at both stages.
- A listing on the entertainment flyers provided to all vendors and visitors and on map provided at registration.
- One booth space at the Festival Valued up to $75.00.
